In the event when you need to send a Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access file but your email server kicks out the file that you cannot attach it, please try "Contact Us" to send your files. 


1. Go to MyEducator.com, login with your credentials, and then click "Start Learning"

2. Click your name appears on the top right corner of MyEducator screen, and then go to Contact Us

3. Contact Us window pops up. Type your email address in, write why you are sending the file in your message, and attach the file you want to send us. Then click submit after all the information is there.

4. MyEducator support will contact you back within 24 business hours. If you do not receive a reply within one business day, please contact support@myeducator.com
