When Excel files are downloaded to your machine from the browser the files need to be saved and not just opened. We recommend changing the default setting in your browser to save the file.
When a file is opened with Excel before being saved, a temporary file is created. A temporary file can have issues running the required macros for the assessment file to function properly.
