Suggested actions if you see the "empty shopping cart" screen after clicking a MyEducator digital textbook link:


"Empty shopping cart" screen:


1. Try refreshing the page. 


2. Use a laptop or desktop computer.

Do not use a tablet or phone to try to purchase the digital textbook.


3. Use the internet browsers Chrome or Firefox. 

We do not recommend using Safari or Edge.


4. Clear your browser's cache and try again.

This can be done in your browser's settings page.


5. Verify your internet browser has been enabled to allow third-party cookies. 

The process to enable third-party cookies is different for each browser. This link will take you to the articles showing how to enable third party cookies for each of the browser options. 


6. Completely quit/exit out of your internet browser. Restart your browser and try again.


7. Restart your computer.
