This article will show you how to open any MyEducator link in a full screen. This can give users more screen space to view the material in a new tab. 

Within Canvas

Full Screen

First, your Canvas course must already be integrated with MyEducator. To verify this, refer to this.

Open the General MyEducator CanvasConnect Link or Any MyEducator Reading Link in a New Tab

1. Locate the MyEducator CanvasConnect Link or the MyEducator reading link you would like to update.

2. Click the three dots found to the far right of the link. A dropdown menu will appear. Select the Edit option.

3. The following pop-up will appear. 

4. Select the “Load in a new tab” option and click Update.

5. Click the link.

6. Click the “Load [link title] in a new window” button.

7. Instructors or administrators will see the following pages based on which link is being updated.

Students will see the following pages based on which link is being updated.

Open a MyEducator Assessment in a New Tab

1. Locate a MyEducator assessment link.

2. Click the three dots found to the far right of the MyEducator assessment link. A dropdown menu will appear. Select the Edit option.

3. The following pop-up will appear. Click the “More Options” button.

4. You will land on a page that looks like the following. Scroll down until you arrive at the Submission Type section.

5. Select the “Load This Tool In A New Tab” option and click Save.

6. You will see the following screen. Click the “Load [assessment title] in a new window” button.

7. As an instructor or administrator, you will see the following page.
