When accessing a MyEducator course within Canvas, a page with this message may appear as you click on an assessment:
"Woops... Looks like nothing is here!
We couldn't find that page!
Page Not Found"
The simple fix in most courses is to do the following:
- Instead of navigating in the "inner" section (the right portion of the screen, where a second Canvas sidebar appears slightly smaller), navigate the outer sidebar
- Click on the outer "Assignments" tab, rather than the "Modules" tab
- Try accessing the assignment once again!
If you follow the above steps and continue to experience problems, you may be in the one of the few courses with assignments may be located in MyEducator instead of in the Assignments tab. In that case, do the following:
- Instead of navigating in the "inner" section (the right portion of the screen, where a second Canvas sidebar appears slightly smaller), navigate the outer sidebar
- Click away from the outer "Modules" tab (e.g. click on another tab like Home or Announcements, or leave the page and come back to it)
- Click back to the outer "Modules" tab, click on "MyEducator," and go to the course
- Try accessing the assignment once again!
