When you receive a message that looks like this, here are a few steps to follow.



1. Make sure that you are using Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser

2. Go through Canvas to access MyEducator

3. Check your Canvas settings to see if the email associated with MyEducator is the same (if not, change your Canvas settings to match your MyEducator account email and then try again)
