The screenshots in this tutorial show Chrome on a Mac, but the process is exactly the same (and looks very similar) on a PC.
1. In Chrome, click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the browser and select "Settings" from the very bottom of the drop down menu.
2. From the menu at left, click "Privacy and Security" 
3. Under the Privacy and security section, click the "Third-party cookies" option.
4. Select the "Allow third-party cookies" option if not already selected. Verify your Third-party cookies page looks like the below screenshot.
5. Quit the browser and try again.
