In order for Microsoft Office classes in MyEducator to function properly, you must select the version of Microsoft Office that you are using. By selecting the correct version of Office, the content of the online textbook, the figures, and the assignment download files will reflect that version. If you are experiencing issues or if the figures do not seem to match your version of Microsoft Office, be sure that you selected the correct Office version in MyEducator. 


To do this, all you need to do is select "Advanced Options". You will find this on the right-hand side of your screen.

After you select "Advanced Options" a little screen will pop up asking you to "Choose Office Version" you are using.

Once you select your version and press "Save", then you should be able to see the figures, modified text, and appropriate assignment download files in the textbook. 


NOTE: If you do not see the right-hand panel, click the expand icon at the right. The icon looks like three vertical dots.

 Click the 'expand/collapse' icon at the right side of the page to show or hide the right panel.
