In order for Microsoft Office classes in MyEducator to function properly, you must select the version of Microsoft Office that you are using. By selecting the correct version of Office, the content of the online textbook, the figures, and the assignment download files will reflect that version. If you are experiencing issues or if the figures do not seem to match your version of Microsoft Office, be sure that you selected the correct Office version in MyEducator.
To do this, click the gear icon in the bottom right of your screen.
You will then be able to choose your Office version to match your operating system. Certain courses will also allow you to choose Excel online.
Once you select your version and press "Save", then you should be able to see the figures, modified text, and appropriate assignment download files in the textbook.
