If you only have access to an iOS device, you will need to change some settings to allow the Safari Browser to load MyEducator correctly.
Go to the Settings App on your device and find the option for Safari:
Scroll down the options for Safari until you find the options for "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Block All Cookies"
Set both of those options to the off or left position so that no green is visible behind the switch.
Your iOS device should now work properly with MyEducator in Canvas.
