Available	Meaning:
Yes	It is available to students and visible to students.
No	It is NOT available to students but visible to students.
Yes, past due	It's past due therefore unavailable but still visible to students.
No, past due	It's past due therefore unavailable and invisible.
Yes, Penalty Applied	It's past due and still available to take but a point deduction penalty is applied.
after <date>	It's available after the specified date.

if the assessment name is crossed out it means it is unavailable and invisible to students.
