You will have the ability to receive a refund for MyEducator courses up until the course add/drop deadline of your school. In the event that add/drop dates are not specified or unclear, refunds will be issued within two weeks of the purchase. To request a refund, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your course and state that you are requesting a refund. Once the refund is issued, you will lose access to all course material purchased. Refunds normally take 5-10 business days to process.
