There are times that you drop courses. You will be able to receive a refund for MyEducator courses up until either the course add/drop deadline of your school or two weeks from your purchase, whichever comes last. 


If you want to request a refund, please email support@myeducator.com with the emaill address associated with your MyEducator account, and the courses that you want a refund for. 


Once we initiate the refund, we will email you back (within 24 business hours of your email). Once the refund is issued, you will lose access to the course material that we initiate the refund. Refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to process.
