Yes! MyEducator offers refunds up to the add/drop deadline at your school or two weeks from the date of your purchase, whichever comes last. Whether you purchased access to the wrong course, purchased access to a course you have already purchased in the past (as when you retake a class), or simply decided to drop the class, just email us and we can get you taken care of quickly. 

To request a refund, please email with the following information:

  • Email address associated with your MyEducator account
  • Full name of the course(s) that you want a refund for

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you will lose access to the course material. 

We will typically issue a refund and respond to your request within one business day. Refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to process.
