Occasionally, students need to re-take a college course, or need to be moved to a new semester. Students do not need to purchase the same content twice. If a student needs to be moved to a different section or different version of a course, the following information should be sent to support@myeducator.com:

  • Whether the student is switching or retaking a course
  • Student Email (Used on MyEducator)
  • New course URL containing the course ID

Instructors can have students contact support@myeducator.com directly to save time and effort for all parties involved.
