Question Answered: What happens when I get a "Page Not Found" error while setting up Canvas?


1. In Canvas on the left-hand menu, select Admin -> Developer Keys

2. Towards the top of that page, click on the "Inherited" tab

3. Towards the bottom of that page, click the "Show All Keys button

4. Scroll through the list until you find the "MyEducator" entry. The details column should display this ID: 170000000000188

5. Change the switch to "On"
