Due to the instructor-specific and custom nature of MyEducator courses, please keep in mind the following.

  • If an individual store decides to return unused access codes, we will issue credit to only that store.
  • MyEducator will send access codes to stores as long as invoices past 90 days have been paid.
  • In the case of a store being managed by a parent company that owns multiple stores, the account status of an individual store has no bearing on the status of a different store.
